Email operations@vjetops.com. We answer as soon as we can, usually within two days.
To help us help you, include:
- Your callsign, and the flight (route and date) if it is about one.
- The tracker version, shown in its title bar, and your simulator.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- For a flight that looks wrong: open it in your logbook and attach the file from "Download full report".
Never send us your password. We will not ask for it.
Common questions
I did not get the confirmation email
Look in the spam folder. The link works for 48 hours; fill in the sign-up form again to get a new one. Until you open it, no account exists.
The tracker says "Not connected"
FSUIPC is not running, or the simulator is still loading. Start FSUIPC (FSUIPC7 for Microsoft Flight Simulator) and wait until you are sitting in the aircraft.
"Start flight" stays grey
The flight has no dispatch yet, or the fuel and payload on the aircraft do not match it. Open the Dispatch tab of the tracker: it shows which one is off. Press "Load aircraft" on the ground.
My SimBrief plan is not imported
Check the SimBrief ID in your profile: it is the Pilot ID number under Account Settings in SimBrief. The plan must leave from the airport where your aircraft is, and be newer than the booking.
My flight is "Under review"
Something in the report needs a person to look at it: a landing away from the destination, a pause, a different aircraft in the simulator. An admin checks it; you do not need to do anything.
I cannot book a flight
You can have one flight at a time. You and the aircraft must both be at the airport the flight leaves from, and an aircraft due maintenance cannot fly until that is done.
I am at the wrong airport
Open the airport you want to be at, under Operations, Airports, and use "Travel here". The fare comes out of your balance; your aircraft stay where they are.
I closed the tracker in the middle of a flight
Cancel the flight from its page on the portal. A cancelled flight costs no rental and the aircraft stays at the airport it left from.
