Dispatch: plan the flight
Everything on a booked flight's page: the mission, the people on board, SimBrief and the fuel.
Check the flight
Flights, Logbook, or the active flight bar at the top, opens the flight's page: route, distance, who and what is on board, the aircraft, the crew it needs, the pay and the deadline.

Generate the plan in SimBrief
Press Generate dispatch. SimBrief opens with this flight filled in; choose your route and options there and press Generate. The portal picks the plan up by itself: fuel, route, times and weights appear on this page.

Or set the fuel yourself
No SimBrief? Type the departure fuel in pounds and press Set fuel. The tracker loads that figure with the passengers and cargo. Leave it empty and save to go back to the SimBrief plan.

Changed your mind?
Cancel flight puts the charter back on the board. Before you start it costs nothing; abandoning a flight already under way costs a little reputation.
